Scouting and the LDS Church

In the United States, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has authorized and proscribed the use of the Boy Scouts of America’s scouting programs as the activity arm of the church for boys ages 8 – 18.  Under priesthood leadership, Scouting can complement the efforts of Aaronic Priesthood quorums and Primary classes in building testimonies in young men and boys.

For more information on scouting in the church, please visit the Scouting page on the official church website at lds.orgNewly updated with a wealth of resources!
